Republic Day is always full
of special events and celebrations, and this year was no different!
While India celebrates Independence
Day each fall, Repulic Day is celebrated
each January to commemorate
the constitutional rights gained in
India. We had a special ceremony,
a celebratory meal provided by our
friends at the Marriott next door,
and two days of Sports Competitions!
A good time was had by all.

Our Mission
Funds donated to Ashawadi support children participating in foundational education from pre-school to high school, as well as for youth pursuing higher education beyond graduation. This support goes towards needs that directly relate to education for these children and youth, like paying for school tuition/fees, school supplies, teacher salaries, enrichment activities, etc.
Ashawadi devotes 100% of its resources and activities to fulfilling its tax exempt purpose as a non-profit organization.

Become a TUITION PARTNER!
For our students, a high school education in a non-governmental school is annually $500 per student. At this time, our greatest need is for groups or individuals to commit to sponsoring a 9th or 10th grader for the 2024-2025 school year.
The 10th graders and were able to attend a private school for the 2023-24 school year as a result of educational partners here in the United States. 9th and 10th grades are pivotal years for students to bridge the gap to pre-university education and to opportunities for meaningful employment in their future.
Let's collaborate.
